I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is right in the center of London, walking distance to local shops and very close to the Victoria metro station. The newly renovated rooms were comfortable, but the carpets needed a good vacuum. The service was top-notch, always making efforts to be helpful and accommodating.
